Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting IT projects or project management activities.
  • Working knowledge of project coordination methodologies, documentation, reporting, and project lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, execution, and project closeout activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or issues as appropriate.
  • Track project budgets, resource allocations, and financial information as directed.
  • Assist with risk, issue, and change management processes.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate communication among project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other participants.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and maintained according to PMO standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes, templates, and reporting practices.
  • Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
