The Research Coordinator, Pay Equity will be the newest member of a ESG Strategy team that has built a reputation for doing compensation benchmarking and market pricing work that is worth citing. You will start by supporting data collection, quality assurance, and analysis — then take on more as your skills develop. Your Practice Lead will be explicit about what that progression looks like and will hold themselves accountable to it.

• Prepare internal reference documents and research summaries for use by engagement teams
