Position Overview
We are seeking a
* Bilingual Loan Processor
* to support a growing lending team by guiding applicants through the mortgage loan process from underwriting through closing. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or administrative experience who enjoys working directly with families, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan experience.
- Assist mortgage applicants throughout the loan process, from underwriting through loan approval and closing.
- Collect, review, and organize required loan documentation to ensure underwriting requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper loan files for compliance and audit purposes.
- Prepare pre-approval letters, requests for additional information, adverse action notices, and loan commitment letters.
- Complete loan documentation and disclosures from application through closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure insurance coverage and other closing requirements are completed.
- Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Schedule and conduct intake meetings with newly pre-approved borrowers.
- Assist with reporting, audits, and administrative projects within the lending department.
- Ensure all work complies with federal and state regulations, company policies, and lending guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with applicants, homebuyer coaches, realtors, and internal stakeholders to provide a positive customer experience.
- Bilingual in
* English and Spanish* - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
