Job Purpose
  • The Contractor at MC Preparatory School of Wisconsin Inc is responsible for providing support to the MCP network as requested in the engagement. This role operates under the supervision of the department leader to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the department and the school.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the MCP network by performing tasks as requested in the engagement.
  • Work under the supervision of the department leader to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives as directed by the department leader.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the department leader and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all school policies and procedures while executing tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management or contractor role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting projects and initiatives in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience working under the supervision of department leaders to achieve project goals.

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a team and engage with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
