Brady Corporation is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Commercial Operations Manager
. In this role, you will ensure our commercial functions operate as a high-performance, integrated machine. You will lead a specialized team of Pricing Analysts and Customer Data Specialists to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and daily tactical excellence, directly impacting Brady’s revenue growth and operational profitability.

• Process Optimization:
  You will streamline the entire commercial lifecycle from customer acquisition and pricing approval to retention to eliminating bottlenecks to improve speed-to-market.
• Data Analysis & Actionable Insights:
  You will oversee the monitoring of commercial performance, identifying margin trends and win/loss patterns to provide senior leadership with the "why" behind the numbers.
• Reporting & Forecasting:
  Manage the operational performance and commercial account/distributor specific processes, ensuring data accuracy to inform strategic decision-making and ensure targets are hit.
• Technology & Tools Management:
  Serve as the functional owner of our CRM and pricing tools, ensuring they are fully integrated and provide maximum utility to the commercial teams.

  Work closely with Product and Finance teams to align pricing structures with product life cycles and corporate profitability goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• 8+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing direct reports (specifically Analysts or Data Specialists).
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP). You should understand how data flows between these systems to support a global business.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into simple, executive-level narratives. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel is required.
• A Lean or Six Sigma mindset toward process improvement; you naturally look for ways to make tasks faster, better, and more accurate.
