• Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations; communicate scope to Foremen.
• Ensure safety processes are completed, including JSAs and inspections.
• Attend client meetings and manage materials and tooling needs.
• Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation; review time and field reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and contribute to developing Foremen and trade staff.

• 5+ years of related experience in the construction industry or equivalent training.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.
• Valid driver's license for the vehicle types used and a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
