Overview
A commercial general contracting company of 50+ years is hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial (K12, healthcare, business, retail, etc.) projects throughout the Milwaukee area. This role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Control schedules, budgets, and job costs
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on every project
- 2-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Procore or similar PM software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Competitive pay (80k-140k depending on experience) + bonuses
- Strong pipeline of local commercial projects
- Growth-oriented company with long-term stability
