Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams, field staff, owners, design partners, and subcontractors. This Owners Rep/Developer focuses on commercial, industrial, and redevelopment projects — including adaptive re-use and modern build-outs.

• Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution.
• Provide direction and oversight to field personnel to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction activities such as estimating, budgeting, and value engineering to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project costs and budgets; review and validate subcontracts, change orders, and cost reports to protect project profitability.
• Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with superintendents and internal teams.
• Ensure quality control through regular reviews of design and construction activities and coordination with testing as needed.
• Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly with stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support permitting and compliance efforts with design partners and authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience with construction cost estimation, budget tracking, and cost-control reporting.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• Experience with adaptive re-use of commercial or industrial buildings or redevelopment projects.
