As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with senior project managers and field staff to ensure that all project activities align with quality, safety, and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, strong organizational skills, and a drive to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project assistant or coordinator role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, with the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations is a plus.
