Volunteering and community involvement are a core part of who we are.

Our project portfolio includes senior living, restaurants, medical office buildings, banks, gyms, commercial and industrial facilities, healthcare, and churches.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated early-career construction professional to join our team as either an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, depending on experience. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys building, takes initiative, and wants to learn every aspect of the construction process.

All new hires will spend time in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop a well-rounded understanding of how projects are built from the ground up.

  • Assist with or manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, depending on experience level
  • Spend time in the field learning day-to-day construction operations
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
  • Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
  • Participate in jobsite meetings and help ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Support a client-first approach on every project
Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred but not required
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoys being in the field and understanding how projects are built
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
What We Offer
  • Structured exposure to both field and project management responsibilities
  • Mentorship and career development opportunities
  • Diverse project types across multiple markets
  • A company culture that values teamwork, integrity, and community involvement
  • Opportunities to participate in volunteer and community service initiatives
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
Career Path & Growth

Project Manager
  • Full ownership of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout
