Leading Midwest Contractor specializing in ground‑up and interior buildouts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our ground projects. • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi‑family, and office construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
