Job Description

Lead end-to-end retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities across multiple retail locations.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety compliance, and resolve field issues proactively.
Oversee permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects meet all local building codes and brand standards.
Manage client and executive communications by providing accurate project updates, risk assessments, and milestone reporting.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs while maintaining construction quality and timelines.
Drive successful store openings by coordinating punch-list completion, fixture installation, turnover activities, and final occupancy approvals.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years leading commercial or retail construction projects
Track record of leading builds valued at $1M+
Experience/familiarity with preconstruction concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What's on Offer

Base salary of $110,000 to $140,000, based on experience
15 Days PTO + 7 Company Holidays
