The Senior Superintendent, Heavy Civil role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, managing materials and tooling needs, verifying daily QA/QC and as‑built documentation, reviewing time and field reports, and working closely with the project manager. This position also helps develop foremen and trade staff while contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution.

- 7+ years of related experience in construction, preferably in heavy civil or water/wastewater fields.
- Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
- Experience with heavy civil projects.
- Comprehensive ability to read construction drawings, specifications, methods, and finish requirements.
- Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures desired.
- Valid driver’s license for vehicles that may be operated and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel and commit to long‑term on‑site projects.
