** Construction Safety Manager 5
** to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Health & Safety team supporting General Contractors (GCs), Construction, Quality, Environmental, Project Coordination, and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have  
** strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority** , which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $74.13 - $79.84/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Ensure compliance with global construction safety requirements, policies, and high-risk activity management plans.

+ Conduct regular field safety observations, audits, and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

+ Participate in project planning meetings, daily activity briefings, and lookahead planning sessions to integrate safety into project execution.

+ Coach and guide General Contractor leadership on safety best practices, hazard prevention, and incident management.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve world-class safety performance.


** What's Needed?*
* + 10+ years of construction health and safety experience, preferably in data center, critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.

+ 5+ years of experience in Construction Safety Management.

+ 5+ years of experience conducting field safety observations, audits, compliance reviews, and safety reporting.

+ 3-5+ years of experience managing high-risk activities such as LOTO, work at heights, electrical safety, and rigging operations.

+ Preferred certifications: CHST, CSP, or other recognized health and safety designations.
