Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground‑up construction projects, including multifamily, commercial, retail, and educational properties. The role requires strong leadership, project planning, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Oversee all construction phases from planning to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to meet project objectives.Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers for efficient resource utilization.Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and necessary documentation.Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building regulations.Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.Perform regular site inspections and coordinate adjustments.Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to the construction process.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in ground‑up commercial and retail construction (e.g., Big Box Retail, Health Club, Restaurants).Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in project management software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.We look forward to hearing from dedicated, results‑driven professionals eager to advance their careers.
