Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for an Architecture firm out of the Milwaukee area that is looking to add a Construction Administrator to their team. Our client is a full‑service architecture firm that specializes in the design of health care, science & tech, higher education, corporate, government, transportation, and recreation projects throughout the nation. - Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Construction related field preferred.
- Eight or more years of experience in an architecture, engineering, construction contracting, or construction management organization.
- Attend OAC meetings, construction site visits, respond to RFIs and submittals, represent firm and the Owner to ensure everything during the construction phase runs smoothly.
- Coordinating and satisfying project controls and administrative requirements during project construction.
- Assisting the PM with contract administration tasks.
- Managing project documents including reports, designs, drawings, specifications, etc.
- Utilizing the client’s project management control systems to record, track, analyze, and report on performance.
- Negotiable depending upon experience.
