Project Manager (Design-Build Construction) A Design-Build General Contractor, we are seeking a self-motivated team player, to join our team as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through project closeout. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for commercial builds such as medical offices, retail spaces, and sports facilities.
- Manage relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
- Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct value engineering and bid analysis to optimize project outcomes.
- Administer contracts and manage project documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling tools, and budgeting practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
