Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent.
• Project experience within the Commercial construction space.
• Proven ability to read and interpret project blueprints.
• Strong experience in project scheduling and management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality control and safety checks.
• Proven experience coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage project progress effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and project managers.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential.
