• Highly motivated, qualified and client service-oriented Project Manager specializing in Construction Management
• Project budget monitoring
• Field supervision of trained technicians and junior engineers
• Translate and implement project plans and special provisions
• Evaluate and document construction operations
• Complete required project documentation including progress payments and contract changes to achieve final project acceptance
• Ensure quality control activities are performed for all assigned work and back check work of others
• Interact and communicate effectively with design team members, clients and other agencies
• Construction Cost Estimating experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Wisconsin PE license
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction inspection and construction layout staking
• Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation construction engineering practices, standards and documentation
• Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Preferred knowledge of topographic and construction surveying
• Preferred understanding of DOT’s consulting expectations and needs
• Preferred experience in roadway design using Civil 3D
• National Corrosion Engineer (NACE) Certified Coatings Inspector a plus
• Preferred experience with scheduling software – Primavera (P6) and/or MS Scheduler
