We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground‑up construction projects from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, exceptional leadership capabilities, and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of project execution and coordination, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct pre‑construction meetings, prepare project schedules, oversee site logistics, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials including change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.
- Facilitate regular jobsite meetings and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Proven track record managing medium‑to‑large‑scale ground‑up commercial construction projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction scheduling software.
