Fast growing HVAC company is expanding across the Midwest and Southeast and looking for a Project Coordinator who can manage and keep the construction projects moving forward. Manage all mechanical construction projects from beginning to end. Scheduling, cost analysis and control, field coordination and client communication - on time and on budget is very important!

Responsibilities- Project management from pre construction through the close of the project.
- Track all project costs to ensure it stays within budget.
- Schedule labor and materials.
- Work with engineering and designers.
- Prepare and receive project permits and manage change orders.
- Coordinate field supervision and resources to support project.
- Point person for all clients, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation.
- Support inspections, testing, balancing and commissioning.
- 1-5 years of construction project coordination experience in HVAC, mechanical or related trades.
- Experience in managing projects in the $1M-10M+ range.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications and contracts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Travel supports projects in Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay metro areas with regular visits to active construction sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related fields a plus.
- Experience with multifamily, commercial, municipal or hospital projects a plus but not needed.
