Job DetailsThe Project Manager leads multiple construction projects from early planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong relationships and drive successful project outcomes. The position requires a balance of leadership, financial oversight, and field coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, estimating support, bid reviews, and execution to ensure clear scope, cost control, and efficient delivery
- Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and risk from project start through completion
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and maintain consistent communication
- Oversee site progress, safety, documentation, and change management to support overall project performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management experience within commercial or retail construction
- Solid understanding of construction methods, financial controls, and project reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
