The

Position

We’re looking for a Concrete Foreman responsible for accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work as well as the management and safety of the personnel on his/her crew, the safety of the public, and ensuring regulatory and safety measures are maintained. Operate a variety of power equipment and use other machinery as needed. Perform other duties as assigned under the direction of the Superintendent or other management.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work.
  • Manage crew personnel and ensure safety of crew, public, and regulatory compliance.
  • Operate power equipment and other machinery as required.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • CDL desired but not required.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and dirty, dusty environments.
  • Member of a local trade union or willingness to become a union member after hire.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the construction trade and 2–4 years in a sub‑foreman or leadership role.
  • Ability to manage own time and the time of other construction personnel efficiently.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, direct, and lead a team.
  • Prior leadership experience.
