• Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day project coordination and operations
• Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules, including short‑term lookaheads
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope and timelines
• Track daily progress, production, and project milestones
• Help prepare reports on schedule updates and project status
• Attend site and coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track labor, materials, and equipment to support cost control efforts
• Update project tracking systems and databases with daily field information
• Help identify potential risks to schedule or budget and support mitigation planning

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in construction project management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on‑site at local Milwaukee‑area projects

• Eager to learn and grow in the construction industry
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• A strong communicator who works well in a team environment
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• Interested in building a long‑term career in project management

• Based on local construction projects in the Milwaukee area
• Combination of field and office work

Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Milwaukee, WI.
