Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day project coordination and operations
- Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules, including short‑term lookaheads
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope and timelines
- Track daily progress, production, and project milestones
- Help prepare reports on schedule updates and project status
- Attend site and coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track labor, materials, and equipment to support cost control efforts
- Update project tracking systems and databases with daily field information
- Help identify potential risks to schedule or budget and support mitigation planning
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in construction project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work on‑site at local Milwaukee‑area projects
- Eager to learn and grow in the construction industry
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- A strong communicator who works well in a team environment
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Interested in building a long‑term career in project management
- Based on local construction projects in the Milwaukee area
- Combination of field and office work
- Fast‑paced, collaborative team environment
- Regular interaction with project managers, engineers, and field teams
Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
