- Present schedule status, key risks, and recommendations to project leadership
- Support schedule recovery planning, scenario analysis, and mitigation strategies
- Partner closely with field teams and project leadership to drive alignment and execution

- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (subject to a detailed technical evaluation)
- Minimum 3 years of construction scheduling, project controls, project engineering, or construction management experience
- Strong vertical construction knowledge, including construction sequencing, means and methods, and project execution
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain CPM schedules from scratch
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis, schedule logic, float management, and schedule risk
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with project teams and leadership
- Consulting mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Willingness to travel and work onsite full-time
- Data center, mission-critical, manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction experience
- Previous consulting, owner's representative, or client-facing experience
- Experience supporting fast-track construction programs
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
- Revenue-sharing opportunities tied to project success
- Insurance and mobile benefits
- Travel expenses covered in accordance with company policy
- Relocation assistance available where applicable
