Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring budgets and costs, preparing progress reports, and addressing site issues to keep projects on time and within financial targets.

The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with owners, design professionals, and internal teams to communicate project status, manage change orders, and support quality control. This position also contributes to continuous improvement in construction processes and safety practices across the company.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills, with experience overseeing commercial or specialty projects.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management and coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with the ability to track costs, manage estimates, and support financial reporting for projects.
  • Relevant skills such as knowledge of construction methods and materials, understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations, and familiarity with construction management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in construction project leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead on-site teams, solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
