We are a General Contractor specializing in a variety of markets throughout Milwaukee, Madison, and beyond. Our core values center around our people and our clients. We provide a stable work environment and have one of the highest percentages of repeat business, allowing us to expand outside of Wisconsin. With over 6 years of tenure, approximately 80% of our organization has stayed with us for more than six years.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help grow our pipeline. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a construction project manager at a general contractor, with a focus on ground‑up work.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.

Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and other necessary documentation.

Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building regulations.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Perform regular site inspections and coordinate necessary adjustments.

Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to the construction process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, focusing on ground‑up commercial and retail construction projects, including Big Box Retail, Health Club, Restaurants, etc.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various construction sites.

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
