Senior Project Manager / Project Executive – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year.

- Lead multiple mid-size commercial projects ($10M–$20M) simultaneously, or own a single large-scale project ($100M+) end to end.
- Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level project management staff.
- Contribute to office‑level strategic planning and business development conversations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Champion company standards around safety, quality, and client service.
- Bring 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including proven leadership on large or complex projects.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven leadership on large or complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on schedule and within budget.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
