Senior Project Manager / Project Executive – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year.

• Lead multiple mid-size commercial projects ($10M–$20M) simultaneously, or own a single large-scale project ($100M+) end to end.
• Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level project management staff.
• Contribute to office‑level strategic planning and business development conversations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Champion company standards around safety, quality, and client service.
• Bring 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including proven leadership on large or complex projects.
