Bear Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to guide projects from early concept through construction handoff in Kenosha, WI. This role coordinates development, design, estimating, and construction efforts while evaluating scope, budget, schedule, constructability, utilities, and risk.
You will work with architects, engineers, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, and positioned for successful execution.
