My client is a family-owned commercial general contractor based in the Greater Milwaukee Area, with a strong reputation for quality and integrity. Their team has specialized in ground-up construction, renovations, and historical restoration across a diverse set of commercial, retail, office, multi-family, and institutional projects. • Support project managers in all aspects of commercial construction, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Help manage project documentation, facilitate communication between field and office teams, and track project progress.
• Participate in site walks, meetings, and resolution of project issues to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
• Growth path toward project management responsibilities is available for those who show initiative and expertise.
• Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in construction management (or related field), strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in advancing in the construction industry.
