Industrial Construction Project Manager

Step into a fast-paced construction environment based in Milwaukee, where you’ll help drive industrial renovation and tenant improvement projects from planning through delivery. In this Industrial Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll manage multiple active jobs, keep work on track for quality, schedule, and budget, and support value engineering across a strong pipeline of Cap Ex projects.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5 years of Project Management experience (3-5+ years preferred; assistant PMs with some construction exposure may be considered)
• Experience with adaptive re-use of commercial industrial buildings
• Experience with commercial/industrial construction cost estimation
• Ability to form, work with, and lead a team of diverse individuals; strong interpersonal skills for communication and negotiation
• Perform commercial/industrial construction cost estimation and provide preliminary estimates during planning
• Work with the design team on permitting and assist with scheduling inspections and Certificates of Occupancy as needed
• Provide, monitor, and update project schedules in coordination with the project superintendent
• Support value engineering and help maintain cost containment through validation of self-performed work, subcontracts, and change orders

Salary: $55,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
