Construction Superintendent

The firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from mobilization through closeout. This role carries full responsibility for on-site execution: coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, and upholding quality and safety standards throughout the build.

• Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent on commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Strong command of subcontractor management, scheduling, and jobsite safety compliance
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision
• Proficiency with Procore or comparable project management software
• Background in ground-up commercial or light multifamily construction
