Experienced Siding Installer Southern

Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking, experienced installers to join our Siding crew in Southern Wisconsin. If you have hands-on construction experience and want to build your skills with a growing team, we want to hear from you.

• - Install James Hardie panel and lap siding, Nichiha, metal siding, composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems
• - Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks on job sites
• - Support skilled tradespeople while sharpening your craft
• - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
• - Apply construction techniques with growing independence

• - 2+ years of construction experience
• - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely
• - Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• - Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques
• - Experience with siding installation (James Hardie, metal, composite panels)
