Project Manager- Civil Construction

Salary:
Up to $125K Base + 10-20% Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a growing civil engineering and construction firm in the Milwaukee area to hire an experienced Project Manager
. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects while also working closely with executive leadership and contributing to client relationships and business development.

• Manage multiple civil design and construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee a mix of Wisconsin DOT, state/public-sector, and private projects
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, deliverables, consultants, and project teams
• Work across both the design and construction sides of projects
• Interface directly with the CEO and other C-suite leadership
• Participate in client meetings, relationship management, and business development efforts
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Conduct occasional project site visits throughout the region

• 5+ years of project management experience overseeing multiple projects
• Civil engineering/design and construction project experience
• Experience with transportation, DOT, municipal, infrastructure, or similar civil projects
• Experience with Civil 3D
• Experience with HydroCAD
• Mosaic experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
• Base salary up to $125,000

• Milwaukee-based position with occasional project site visits
