- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the Construction industry.
- Proven experience with takeoffs, estimates, quantity take off, preparing bids, and conceptual estimating.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in estimating or a related field is a plus.

They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Pre Construction Manager to take on some key responsibilities.
- Base salary of $90k - $120k dependent on experience
