Motion Graphic Designer

C2's client, a nationally recognized, independent, full-service advertising agency that has called Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward home for more than 90 years, seeks a Junior Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer to bring sharp, social-first storytelling to life through motion and design. The shop builds brands on the belief that ideas will get you everywhere, and its creative team has shaped campaigns for clients ranging from regional favorites to national brands.

This role is part of the creative and content team, where social video has become a primary way the shop delivers on that promise for clients. It's a design-forward seat for someone who brings a filmmaker's eye for pacing and a designer's instinct for polish, thrives on variety, and does their best work when the projects keep coming.

This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity for someone comfortable moving between multiple projects in a given week and eager to build a career inside a 90-year-old Milwaukee advertising institution.

Duration: Direct Hire

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Historic Third Ward), hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite per week

Compensation: $50,000 annual salary

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce short-form video content for social media, including reels, campaign clips, and branded content
• Design motion graphics and animated elements that elevate video storytelling
• Collaborate with the creative and social teams to translate concepts into finished video content
• Shoot supplemental footage to support video projects as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion deliverables
• Manage multiple video projects at once while meeting deadlines
• Organize and archive project files and video assets

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics
• Sharp eye for graphic design within a social-first video context
• Up to two years of relevant experience in video editing, motion design, or a related discipline
• Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant work
• Comfortable shooting supplemental video or photo content for social projects
• Thrives in a deadline-driven, high-volume creative environment

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with in-house or agency content team workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Film, Communications, or a related field
