Work shifts are available between 5:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Sunday. The position is seasonal and part‑time, located in our Milwaukee office from November through April.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and strong verbal and written communication skills. You will answer incoming phone calls, update work orders in our computer system while on the call, respond to customer emails professionally, and assist with office duties as needed.

Working hours:

5 am to 10 pm Monday to Friday, also Saturday and Sunday. Availability for additional hours before, during, or after storm events is preferred; one weekend per month may be required.

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate notes and provide excellent service.
• Manage multiple systems quickly and efficiently.

• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be reliable.
• Ability to work weekends.
