Bank Customer Service
The Branch Universal Representative assists new and existing members, in person and on the telephone, with all their financial needs, including teller transactions, member service, and loans. Duties will include opening and closing various types of accounts, processing transactions, resolving account problems, as well as providing assistance and information regarding all products and services of the Credit Union.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Performs all teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, transfer amounts from member accounts as directed. Posts transactions to member accounts and maintain member records. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions ensuring accuracy.
- Greet members, in person and on the telephone while providing them with routine information concerning services. Assists members with opening and closing accounts, completing payroll deductions, direct transfers and direct deposit authorizations, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems.
- Performs account and file maintenance, check orders, wire transfers and all other aspects of service to our members. Actively promotes marketing campaigns.
- Identifies opportunities to educate, advise, and identify product referral opportunities. Interviews members, receives loan applications and processes new loans. Educates and advises members to make informed decisions about their accounts to ensure their member account information is accurate and current. Answers the phone queue to assist members on the phone, as well as in person.
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- Education: A high school education or GED.

Working knowledge of established procedures, policies, processes, etc.; understanding of credit union operations; effectively communicates information to members, etc. General equipment knowledge, e.g., computer, etc.

- 6:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m.
- 12:00 p.m.
Drive Up hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m.
- 1:00 p.m.
