Customer Success Intern

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is hiring a Customer Success Intern! We are seeking a highly motivated team player interested in providing exceptional support to our members and exhibitors and assisting our Customer Success Team. The duration of this internship runs through December 2026 at 15-20 hours per week, in person, during business hours.

• Respond to Customer Success inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of tradeshow rules, regulations, and AEM member services to accurately resolve inquiries or appropriately elevate issues to other teams.
• Support cross-promotion of AEM services and membership offerings through exhibitor and member interactions.
• Accurately enter and update correspondence, member records, and contracts within AEM’s internal database (SMART).
• Conduct proactive outreach to support member engagement, exhibitor registration, and invoice follow-up.
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and facilitation of exhibitor webinars, including logistical and administrative support.

In addition to receiving firsthand experience working with members and exhibitors for a large international association, AEM provides additional training and development opportunities for interns. The program was nominated in 2023 to be a Top Internship Program and provides activities such as:
