About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our sales and customer service team. In this role, you’ll help process orders and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from request to resolution. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, staying organized, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Partner with the sales and customer service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Enter customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and process quotes while building knowledge of products and vendor tools.
- Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
- Help prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Build positive working relationships with teammates, customers, and managers.
- Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven culture.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to interpret information and respond to customer needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
