Customer Service Support

Join our team and help deliver outstanding service by supporting order entry, quotes, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our sales and customer service team. In this role, you’ll help process orders and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from request to resolution. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, staying organized, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the sales and customer service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and process quotes while building knowledge of products and vendor tools.
  • Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Help prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Build positive working relationships with teammates, customers, and managers.
  • Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven culture.

What We’re Looking For

Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
