Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for customers, handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication across teams. This role supports efficient daily operations through customer service, accurate record‑keeping, and technician schedule management.
Responsibilities- Deliver proactive customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Schedule new and recurring pest control services and coordinate 4‑point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records by logging and managing customers, technician, and management communications within internal systems, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation.
- Monitor customer appointment schedules and proactively support appointment adherence and service completion.
- 6+ months of customer service experience and/or conflict resolution, including phone, email, and SMS communication.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

- Base pay for this position is $16.00.

- Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and using a computer mouse.
- Occasionally lift and carry office materials or supplies up to 25 pounds.
- Requires clear vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other office materials.
- Work is inside a climate‑controlled office with quiet to moderate noise level.
