System One is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This contract-to-hire position involves supporting participants and property owners within the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Responsibilities include guiding clients through recertification processes, handling inquiries, and entering case notes. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has a high school diploma or GED, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Onsite work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with competitive compensation of $21 per hour.
