Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Call Center Operator to support and coordinate incoming and outgoing calls, paging, alarms, and emergency response. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position (3:30pm–12am) with rotating weekends.
The role requires responding to ACD calls, maintaining schedules and logs, relaying information to patients, families, and staff, and upholding our standards of care and professionalism. Candidates should excel under pressure and communicate clearly.
