Position OverviewCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS, delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our company products and services, and maintaining company quality standards while complying with all policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educating our customers on our products and services
- Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Using our point‑of‑sale system to process transactions
- Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager
- Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
- Performing other duties as instructed by management
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Honesty and integrity
- Flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required;
English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy, moderate‑to‑high noise environment
