The Customer Service Representatives will be team members of the Customer Service Department responsible for providing quality customer service with compassion and care and accurate processing of incoming orders.
A summary of the job duties includes, but is not limited to:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and process orders for custom and standard sized items in a fast‑paced environment.
- Utilize the internal computer system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe Acrobat for order processing and record‑keeping.
- Work as part of a team to deliver superior customer service.
We are seeking a candidate who has 1–3 years of prior customer service experience, preferably in the health care field but not required, and who is dedicated to providing exceptional service in a team environment using technology.
Progressive advancement tracks are available for motivated go‑getters.
The successful candidate will be available to work full time, 40 hours per week, with a fixed schedule between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday‑Friday, and will be paid hourly at a rate of $12–$14 per hour, depending on experience.
