Russell Tobin is recruiting for several on-site call center roles in Wisconsin. Pay starts at $19 per hour, with a $1 premium for 2nd shift (12 PM–9 PM, Mon–Fri). Most openings are 1st shift (8 AM–7 PM window) with some positions in the 12 PM–9 PM slot.
Weekend work may be required, with an off day scheduled during the week. We expect 9–10 openings, recruiting around 12 candidates during training. Training lasts four weeks, with ramp-up to live calls and up to 60 calls per day, plus learning
