- Process and manage customer orders/releases to ensure on-time shipments.
- Communicate delivery delays and resolve order issues.
- Maintain customer portals, EDI systems, and order data.
- Monitor shipping schedules, delivery ratings, and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Shipping and Production to meet customer demand.
- Handle manual order entry, ASNs, and replacement orders.
- Provide backup support to the customer service team.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with EDI, customer service, distribution, or automotive order fulfillment preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
