Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and provide exceptional personalized service;
Greet and acknowledge individuals in a friendly, professional manner and facilitate smooth flow of traffic;
Answer telephone calls and coordinate with departments and outside organizations as requested;
Utilize the Epic system for appointment look-up and transport requests;
Coordinate with hospital staff and transport companies to address patient/visitor needs and concerns;
Assist in maintaining entrance traffic flow and physically assist patients/visitors via wheelchair and escorting;
Assist patients in/out of vehicles and provide symptom screening when required per policy
