What You'll DoAs a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression

Listen carefully to customer concerns

Prepare repair orders and maintenance recommendations

Explain repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand manner

Present estimates and obtain customer authorization

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel

Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately

Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and exceptional service

Who We're Looking For Experienced Automotive Service AdvisorsORIndividuals with experience in:

Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits Experienced Advisors $60,000–$120,000+ annually

Entry-Level Advisors $40,000–$60,000+ annually

Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities while you complete our paid training program.
