Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? Our client is seeking a Client Experience Representative to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients and Financial Representatives, providing solutions, resolving inquiries, and delivering a best-in-class service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Financial Representatives, resolving questions and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Take ownership of customer interactions by proactively identifying solutions and preventing repeat calls or unnecessary transfers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
- Educate clients and Financial Representatives on website functionality, online tools, and self-service resources.
- Demonstrate strong de-escalation skills when addressing customer concerns and service-related issues.
- Manage inbound calls and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Process casework and transactions accurately while balancing multiple priorities.
- Research complex issues utilizing available resources, systems, and tools to identify effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve processes and the overall client experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, call center, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
